Subject: One of leading journals in zoology of Afrotropical invertebrates
African Invertebrates is an international peer-reviewed African journal that covers the taxonomy, systematics, biogeography, biology, ecology, conservation and palaeontology of Afrotropical invertebrates, whether terrestrial, freshwater or marine. The journal is published two times per year. African Invertebrates accepts large revisionary works, as well as review papers, smaller contributions, and book reviews. At least a half of the authorship in African Invertebrates is from outside of Africa, which reflects a truly international nature of the journal. The journal is indexed in BIOSIS Previews, Zoological Record and GeoRef. Tables of contents and abstracts of papers are available on the journal homepage http://www.africaninvertebrates.org.za
